Affiliate Disclosure and Monetization Policy

OFMAITools may use affiliate links to support its software research. When an active affiliate link is clearly identified and a reader completes a qualifying action, OFMAITools may receive compensation. Compensation does not determine product eligibility, inclusion, ranking, score, or verdict.

What does this policy disclose?

This policy explains how affiliate compensation may work, where disclosures appear, how commercial destinations are checked, and which editorial decisions remain independent.

An affiliate relationship does not mean every click, trial, signup, or purchase generates compensation. Approval, attribution, eligibility, reversals, and payout depend on the applicable program and transaction.

Is every OFMAITools link an affiliate link?

No. Internal navigation and ordinary product references are not automatically affiliate links. A commercial call to action is eligible only when its destination and purpose have been verified.

OFMAITools does not invent affiliate destinations, coupon codes, discounts, commission rates, or program terms. If a destination cannot be verified, the commercial action is omitted or left unlinked.

How does OFMAITools select products for coverage?

Products qualify for coverage through their relationship to creator and OFM agency operations, not through commission availability. Relevant categories can include CRM, messaging, automation, analytics, scheduling, security, content protection, integrations, data portability, and agency operations.

A non-affiliate product may be included when it matters to an honest buyer decision. An affiliate product may be excluded when it lacks topical fit, reliable evidence, or meaningful differentiation.

What can affiliate compensation affect?

Affiliate status may affect whether a verified commercial call to action is available and how OFMAITools measures the performance of that action when tracking is active and disclosed.

It does not determine:

  • Whether a product belongs in the site’s coverage.
  • Whether a product is included in a comparison.
  • The evidence label assigned to a claim.
  • A product’s score, ranking, limitation, or verdict.
  • Whether supported criticism is published or retained.

How are affiliate links disclosed?

A page containing an active affiliate call to action should disclose the commercial relationship before or near the first meaningful commercial action. The disclosure should be clear, noticeable, and written in plain language.

A disclosure does not replace the need for accurate pricing, evidence labels, limitations, and a conditional recommendation.

How are destinations and offers verified?

OFMAITools publishes an affiliate call to action only after confirming that it reaches the intended product or offer. A route is not treated as valid merely because its name looks plausible.

If a destination is missing, returns an error, points to the wrong merchant, or cannot be verified, OFMAITools omits or unlinks the action. It is not replaced with a guessed merchant URL.

Prices, trials, refunds, discounts, and coupon claims are separate attributes. A “start free” label does not prove a free trial, and a coupon listing does not prove a code is current or accepted.

Do commissions affect rankings or verdicts?

No. Rankings and verdicts are based on reader fit, workflow, evidence, limitations, pricing conditions, integration depth, export, security boundaries, and migration considerations relevant to the page.

Commission size or availability does not convert a weak product into a recommendation. A product without an affiliate relationship can rank above one that offers compensation.

The Editorial and Evidence Policy explains the broader independence and evidence standards.

Does OFMAITools accept paid placement?

OFMAITools does not label paid placement as independent editorial coverage. If sponsorship or another paid arrangement is introduced, it must be identified clearly and kept separate from evidence-based rankings and verdicts.

This statement describes the policy adopted for publication. It does not claim that every possible commercial arrangement exists or is currently offered.

How are purchases and subscriptions handled?

A product purchase, subscription, cancellation, refund, or support request takes place under the merchant’s checkout and service terms. Readers should verify current pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions on the merchant’s checkout surface before completing a transaction.

OFMAITools does not provide customer support for a vendor’s product and cannot change a merchant’s account, billing, refund, or subscription decision.

Does affiliate tracking affect privacy?

An active affiliate destination may use referral parameters or other attribution methods controlled by the merchant or affiliate network. OFMAITools does not assume that every link uses the same cookie, attribution window, or tracking method.

The Privacy Policy describes the website practices that have been verified for OFMAITools itself. A merchant’s destination is governed by that merchant’s own practices.

How are affiliate-related errors corrected?

Reports about a wrong destination, outdated offer, incorrect commercial term, or missing disclosure can be submitted through the Contact OFMAITools page. A substantiated commercial correction does not change the editorial verdict unless the corrected fact materially affects the buyer decision.

The Corrections and Update Policy explains the correction categories and evidence review.

Frequently asked questions

Does OFMAITools earn money from every product mentioned?

No. Product coverage and affiliate eligibility are separate decisions.

Does using an affiliate link increase the buyer’s price?

OFMAITools does not make a universal price claim. Readers should verify the displayed checkout price and eligibility conditions for the specific transaction.

Can a vendor pay for a better ranking?

No. Compensation does not determine ranking, score, inclusion, or verdict.

What happens when no affiliate destination is verified?

The commercial action remains omitted or unlinked. Research coverage may still be published when it meets the editorial evidence standard.
