This Privacy Policy explains the website information practices OFMAITools can currently verify. It covers technical request data, site search, the contact form, email delivery, cookies and similar technologies, affiliate referrals, retention, security, and privacy requests.
Effective date: August 16, 2026
Who publishes this policy?
The OFMAITools is the public publisher and editor of this website. This is the public identity responsible for the website practices described here. This policy does not claim a separate incorporated operator, business address, data-protection officer, or jurisdiction-specific legal status that has not been established.
Questions and privacy requests can be submitted through the Contact OFMAITools page.
What website technology is currently verified?
The public site runs on WordPress with GeneratePress and is delivered through Cloudflare and a LiteSpeed-powered hosting layer. Active WordPress components verified on August 16, 2026 include Yoast SEO, Yoast SEO Premium, Contact Form 7, WP Mail SMTP, Akismet, and Really Simple Security.
Cloudflare-hosted performance or analytics code was visible on the inspected public site. The presence of a component does not prove that it receives every category of visitor or form information. Exact provider logs, account settings, backup practices, and retention periods can differ from what is visible in public HTML.
What information may be processed automatically?
When a visitor requests a page, the hosting, delivery, and security layers may process technical information needed to return the page and protect the service. Depending on the request and active configuration, this may include:
- Internet Protocol address and approximate network location.
- Request date and time.
- Requested URL and referring page.
- Browser, device, and operating-system information.
- Response status, performance, and error events.
- Security, rate-limiting, bot-detection, and abuse signals.
- Cookie, session, or similar identifiers when a feature requires them.
These categories describe information commonly required by the verified delivery stack. They do not establish every field, purpose, recipient, or retention period in provider accounts that has not been inspected.
What information is processed through site search?
The WordPress search form processes the terms a visitor enters so the site can return matching content. Search terms may also appear in web-server, security, or performance logs associated with the request URL.
Do not enter names, credentials, private creator records, subscriber information, payment data, or other sensitive material into site search.
What information does the contact form collect?
The contact form requests a name, email address, subject, and message. Contact Form 7 processes the form and is configured to email the submission to the site administrator through the WordPress mail system and WP Mail SMTP.
The form is used for factual corrections, product updates, privacy requests, security concerns, affiliate or merchant issues, accessibility reports, and other relevant messages. The information is used to review the request, reply when appropriate, prevent abuse, and make substantiated updates.
Contact Form 7 does not provide a public submission inbox on this site. Copies or logs may still exist in the receiving mailbox, mail-delivery systems, hosting logs, security systems, or backups. OFMAITools does not claim a fixed retention period that has not been verified across those systems.
Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, payment information, private chats, subscriber data, customer exports, unredacted creator records, or unnecessary identity documents.
Are contact submissions shared with other services?
A contact submission is processed through WordPress, Contact Form 7, the configured mail-delivery path, the receiving email service, and the hosting or security systems involved in the request. Cloudflare may process request-level technical information before the request reaches WordPress.
Akismet is installed on the site, but this policy does not assume that every contact submission is sent to Akismet unless that integration is active for the form. OFMAITools does not infer undocumented processor behavior from the presence of a plugin alone.
Does OFMAITools use cookies?
An anonymous homepage response inspected on August 16, 2026 did not return a Set-Cookie header. This is a dated observation on one anonymous surface, not a promise that no cookies are used anywhere.
WordPress administration, security controls, form handling, authenticated sessions, affiliate destinations, and third-party services may behave differently by page, session, location, or configuration. Material changes to public tracking or form technology should be reflected in this policy.
Does OFMAITools use analytics or advertising pixels?
No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Matomo, or Plausible marker was detected in the inspected homepage HTML on August 16, 2026. Cloudflare-hosted performance or analytics code was present.
This is a dated observation, not a permanent commitment that the stack will never change. OFMAITools does not claim that public HTML reveals every provider-side setting or log.
How may affiliate referrals affect data processing?
OFMAITools may use affiliate links after a destination and commercial relationship are verified. An active affiliate destination may include referral parameters or attribution methods controlled by a merchant or affiliate network.
OFMAITools does not assume that every merchant uses the same cookie, attribution window, or tracking method. Information processed after a visitor leaves OFMAITools is governed by the destination’s own practices. The Affiliate Disclosure and Monetization Policy explains the editorial and commercial-link rules.
How is information used?
Information may be used to:
- Deliver pages and search results.
- Operate and secure the website.
- Diagnose errors and performance problems.
- Review and respond to contact-form submissions.
- Investigate abuse, security concerns, or broken routes.
- Correct or update published content.
- Meet obligations that apply to the actual website operator and request.
OFMAITools does not use a privacy-policy template to claim purposes or legal bases that have not been mapped to the verified site operation.
How long is information retained?
Information is retained according to its purpose, sensitivity, dispute or security relevance, and the capabilities of the systems that process it. OFMAITools does not publish a universal number of days because verified retention settings differ across web delivery, security, mail, hosting, and backup systems.
A contact message may be retained while it is needed to review the request, document a correction, respond, handle abuse, or resolve a dispute. Unnecessary sensitive information should not be submitted and may be deleted or redacted when practical.
How is information protected?
OFMAITools uses HTTPS and the verified WordPress, Cloudflare, hosting, mail, and security layers to operate the site. No website can guarantee absolute security.
Visitors should use the contact form only for the minimum information needed. Credentials, payment information, private creator data, and subscriber records should not be submitted.
How can someone make a privacy request?
Use the contact form and start the subject with Privacy request. Identify the relevant interaction and provide enough information to locate it without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
OFMAITools may request reasonable confirmation that the requester is authorized to act on the information before disclosing, changing, or deleting it. No fixed response deadline is promised unless a specific applicable obligation requires one.
Does OFMAITools intentionally collect children’s information?
OFMAITools is a software-research website for creators and agencies and is not directed to children. The site does not invite children to submit personal information. If a report identifies information submitted by a child, use the contact form so it can be reviewed.
How will this policy change?
The effective date will be updated when a material change is published. A technology, form, analytics, affiliate, or data-handling change should be reviewed before this policy is presented as describing the new operation.
